I would recommend a great book for creating habits by James Clear, it's called Atomic Habits. A book for everyone I would say and even for the people who have ADHD and can focus straight and get a single task done or are severe procrastinators. I would recommend this book to everyone, and I have results that it helps in making you a better person and reduces your ADHD astronomically if you follow through correctly.

Not only atomic habits but the book named 7 habits of highly effective people is also a fantastic book to help with ADHD, the way that book describes the habits and paradigms is totally amazing and worth reading!
