I've seen that when ever I have protein rich and low-carb breakfast I crash late at night, and I'm energetic throughout my work day, and it just makes me feel amazing throughout the day. But when ever I have a low protein breakfast, and It's just cereal or bread, then I crash in the start of the day or in the afternoon. Has anyone else noticed this when them as well.

I sometimes eat a yogurt/fruit/granola mix in the morning, and the yogurt has some protein, while the fruit and granola have carbohydrates and fiber. That's what makes me feel good, the balance.
