It depends on where you are or work. In the states it's getting more and more common that people are upskilling by doing courses and bootcamps to get promotions and better job offers. That's mainly because they value good character and skills over degrees these days. Majorly for tech. For fields like Medicine and Law and engineering it's good to get a Masters degree. But for tech people are less and less spending on Masters and prefer Courses on Coursera and Bootcamps to upskill. What do you think about this shift in Education?

I have two masters degrees and they've helped me a great deal! I am in education, and these degrees translate to pay raises and roles that most people don't have access too without them. They also make me a competitive candidate in a job interview.
