The rest of my watch collection consists of a ton of G-shocks. I just love them for daily use, especially love the fact I can easily customize them for myself.

I was one day just going through my gallery and found a few old photos of my friend and saw that see looks a lot more cheerful and younger than a year ago. I asked myself why? She got married to an amazing and humorous guy just a year ago, she laughs a lot nowadays. I'm happy for her, I asked her how did you get the glow up? She responded that it's because of her living her life with joy and the laughs. She doesn't like makeup and all the cosmetics. I was amazed at how happiness and laughing with peace of mind can reverse aging, and she looks like she's 25 at 39. I only heard that laughing is anti aging, but now I've seen it and does work. Healthy laughter can go a long way in making you more healthy. 30 minutes of laughing has scientifically proven to increase life expectancy.

The healthcare industry is expensive in the USA with all the Insurances and huge medical bills and medicine costs in the US, for procedures like Kidney transplants and liver transplants people from our country opt to get treated in India which is a far cheaper in healthcare and has as equal results as our healthcare system. For me, it's both because I have the trail right next to my apartment complex, I go on morning walks every day and enjoy the nature of our park has to offer.
