One of the worst criticisms you can get as a writer - or as a person - is to be bound to cliches, unwilling to learn. Discoveries come from becoming uncomfortable, expanding reach, and learning. Some key discoveries can come from a diverse team.

This is a good read in terms of projecting the efficiency and effectiveness of a team having a diverse cultural background. I've been a project manage who has witnesses this for a while now and sometimes the stereotypes of people can hinder the communication between the team, but we have done our proper research on the team to build a barrier breaking communication flow.
