Well that depends on the goal you want to achieve, Some people don't want to learn all the techniques of code, and they just want to build a website for themselves, and they can simply use no code website builders like Wix and Webflow, but even they might need some coding knowledge to make it effective or a good website. I would say this is a good way to get started and getting to know how to code.
