I heard about this method of Drinking Coffee from an Andrew Huberman podcast, he mentioned to not drink coffee right after waking up, but instead drinking it after 90-120 minutes of waking up that way you don't stay up that much and the adenosine in the coffee wares off right before your bedtime and no crashes during mid day or late in the day.

I'm def going to try this method out and see if it makes a difference for me cuz I've been struggling with afternoon energy slumps lately alot!
I think it's important to note that everyones body reacts to caffeine differently. Some people may find that they can drink coffee first thing in the morning without having any problems, while same may find that it makes them jittery or anxious. It's important to experiment and find what works best for you.
